PARUS RVCHS

The automated system for early detection of threat, emergencies and alerting the population (NSAIDs) is intended for continuous monitoring and preliminary processing of information on the current state of potentially dangerous objects and buildings, engineering structures, networks located in the areas with risk of occurrence of dangerous manifestations. processes, prompt provision of factual and predictable information to users, and alerts, as appropriate, to employees and executives of potentially dangerous object responsible for the state of technological security, officials of the executive and local authorities and population.

UA-Systems provide a full range of services to equip with automated systems for early detection of threats, emergencies and alert the population in case of their occurrence. NSA RMS are built on the UA-Systems platform of certified RVS Parus instruments.

The work includes:

  • development of the terms of reference (TOR);

  • development of a working project (RP);

  • coordination of TK and RP in SES bodies;

  • delivery of EMSS PARUS instruments, additional equipment and materials;

  • installation and commissioning;

  • comprehensive testing of NSAID ACS;

  • the commissioning of a NSAID RMS;

  • observing the technical status of the NSA RMS;

  • maintenance of NSAID ACS.

Design, construction and implementation of automated systems for early detection of threat, emergencies and alerting the population of UA-Systems performs on the basis of:

  • Article 53 of the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine;

  • DBN B.2.5-76: 2014 "Automated systems for early detection of threat of emergencies and alert the population";

  • Law of Ukraine "On high risk objects".
